Nature’s Little Changes

Another beautiful City to Sea adventure! Today, our journey from the City to the Sea was filled with tiny discoveries. Along the way, we spotted so many interesting insects and took time to admire the flora and fauna around us as the seasons slowly begin to change.

In Civic Park, flowers are starting to bloom, giving us little glimpses of spring.  We noticed the changing weather too brighter sunshine, warmer days and even changes in the tide and conditions at the beach. Nature is showing us that the seasons are shifting, one small change at a time.

At the beach, there was plenty of time for joyful, unhurried play. We made angels in the sand, explored, laughed and simply enjoyed being together by the sea. And today, even our educators joined in the fun, reminding us that there is something special about slowing down, getting our hands in the sand and finding joy in nature.

Our City to Sea adventures continues to connect us with our local community, Country and the ever-changing natural world around us.
