Weaving a nest for our kindness tree

Building on our ongoing nature inquiry and fascination with birds, we have begun weaving our very own nest to add to our Kindness Project. Through exploring natural materials, children are developing an understanding of how birds create homes for their young, while expressing their ideas through collaborative and creative experiences.

Our woven nest will be a beautiful addition to our Kindness Tree, symbolising care, connection, belonging and the nurturing relationships that help us all to grow.
